My interest in health and well-being started with my own health issues, and the journey to overcome those issues was the beginning of my career change. I struggled with insomnia for many years, and I could not understand why my body was stopping me from sleeping at night.
It was a long journey, which led me to pursue further studies in the mind/body connection.
I am now a qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach and TRE (TM) (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) facilitator. I am also certified to deliver Safe and Sound and Rest and Restore Protocols (SSP and RRP), non-invasive listening programs that help to regulate a nerovus system and bring the body into a state of rest and homeostasis.
